• Quotes and Project Agreements
A quote shared by our team is valid for a specific period as mentioned in the quote document. Accepting a quote and signing a project agreement is what confirms a project. Website inquiries or phone conversations alone do not constitute a binding commitment from either side.
• Subsidy Information
We provide information about government schemes like PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana as a convenience to our customers. Subsidy eligibility, amounts and processing timelines are determined by the relevant government authorities, not by us. We assist with the application process but cannot guarantee subsidy approval or disbursal timelines.
• Warranties
Panel and equipment warranties are as provided by the respective manufacturers and will be shared with you at the time of installation. Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality for a period specified in your project agreement.
